Top located and beautifully equipped flat
Recently renovated 3rd-floor flat with 1 mezzanine bedroom, sunny balcony and parking. The lift goes up to the 2nd floor with stairs to the 3rd floor. The modern flat is located after near the city centre and is very well equipped and nicely furnished. Highly recommended!
The flat consists of a hall, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with access to the balcony, open kitchen and 1 bedroom upstairs

As a culture lover, you will also get your money's worth; visit the Paul Delvaux Museum, dedicated to the surrealist master, or be enchanted by the modern architecture of the Abbey of the Dunes.

On the 3rd floor: (Kitchenette(hob(ceramic), electric kettle, toaster, hood, coffee machine(nespresso cups), grill, combination microwave, fridge(+ freezer), Hand blender), Living/diningroom(TV(flatscreen, digital), dining table, seating area, radio), bathroom(shower(walk-in shower), washbasin, toilet, hairdryer), balcony, garden furniture, 1x parking, lift)
On the 4th floor(via fairly steep stairs): (bedroom(double bed(twin duvet , down, 140 x 200 cm), TV(flatscreen, digital)))
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
Not suitable for the physically handicapped
