The ground floor is 1 large open space with at the front a living room and office overlooking the valley of the stream and at the rear a kitchen with access to the garden.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom (1 with shower and 1 with bath) and a 3rd bedroom for children or to share (friends).
In the basement there is a 4th bedroom (incl. sitting area) with its own bathroom and toilet. There is also a laundry room with pantry and ping pong table.
