House completed in July 2021 located near the forest and 10 km from the Baraque de Fraiture, in the center of Haute Ardenne and close (+- 30km) to Durbuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne and Spa-Francorchamps.
It is built in half levels, that of the entrance door takes up the hall, a toilet, and the living room, kitchen, lounge with access to the terrace with a superb view of the valley.
On level +1/2, there is a bedroom, an office area and changing table as well as a bathroom.
On the 1st floor, there is a night hall, a toilet and 3 bedrooms, one of which has a baby bed. A travel cot is also available on request.
Level -1/2 consists of the garage and the shower room/laundry room with direct access to the rear garden.
Cyclists are welcome, a garden hose is also available to clean the bikes.
In the basement, you can relax in the infrared cabin.
This house is mainly intended for vacations with family or friends.
Bachelor parties are not permitted in this house.
