The nature cottage is a passive vacation home located in the village of Cras-Avernas, Hannuit. It is the first cottage built by Ecolodge from natural, ecological materials. For example, the walls are insulated from straw and no heating is needed on sunny (winter) days. The windows face south and all heat is thus recovered. The ventilation system ensures that no other heat is lost, such as that from the dishwasher, oven and cooker hood. The nature cottage is centrally located, so you can go visit something new every day without having to drive too long. Free parking at the lodge. Come and enjoy yourself in a peaceful setting, close to the cities and yet completely remote from the hustle and bustle.
