The house was originally built in 1919, thoroughly renovated exactly 100 years later and finally further converted in 2024 into a tourist accommodation for lovers of nature, hiking, biking, art, photography, rest and wellness. Zjuul himself is the AI-generated protagonist in the story as if he were the original owner and occupant. He is said to have put his soul into the house, not so much as a goat judge, but as an art lover, and lover of portraiture. Thus, the house permanently exhibits a number of works by photographer Filip Naudts, which can also be purchased in a limited edition of 7 copies, including a certificate of authenticity.
