Beautiful country house in the middle of the countryside

In a beautiful rural location not far from the border with the Netherlands is this beautiful country house.
Half of the mansion is rented out.
In this beautifully restored farmhouse, you and your party will completely relax.

There are four rooms in this holiday home:

1 room for 2 persons (with enclosed private bathroom),
2 bedrooms (with open bathroom) with mezzanine for 2 people each upstairs
1 family room (enclosed private bathroom)with mezzanine for 2 persons and ground floor for 2 persons.
A total of 12 beds are thus available. Bed linen is provided in each case. Towels must be provided by yourself.

Each room has a private bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning and a good Wi-Fi connection.
You can use the fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, oven, 4-burner induction cooker, 2x large fridge-freezer, 2x high chair, ...).
The kitchen is located in a spacious recreation room with a large table and lounge.

In winter, snuggle up by the fireplace or try the 'sjotterbak' in the orangery (it's ideal in the off-season here!).
Here you have a view of the beautiful garden where the children can romp to their heart's content while you light the bbq or the ofyr yourself.
There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing.
Parking is provided behind the barn.

You have a lovely large garden with plenty of room for children to romp around.
You can end the day with a delicious pint and a barbecue for the whole party on the Ofyr barbecue.

Alverwege is located between Merksplas and Baarle. Baarle the strangest village in the world: 30 pieces of Belgium and the Netherlands intertwined. Each enclave has an amusing anecdote or bizarre history. You can discover them while cycling or walking along the enclave experience route, the death wire route, the mountain bike route or the colony route.

The holiday home is located between Wortel and Merksplas colony. both colonies are part of the Kolonien van Weldadigheid.

Nature lovers will also get their money's worth here. Alverwege lies between the following nature reserves: The Valley of the merkske, the Turnhouts Vennen area, the Zwart goor and the Graafsbos. The Kempen Colonies Walking Network is also less than 10 km away.

Upon arrival, the beds are made
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22.00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
